Candidates will receive their score report within five days (for the Hanoi office) and seven days (for the Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang offices) after the test date excluding holidays.

3. Instructions: Candidates make in-person requests for the service at the Registration Counter.

Upon request, candidates will be presented with a certified true copy of the score report.

3. Instructions:

- Candidates must present the original citizen card/passport/certified copy of birth certificate which is used in the test registration and provide a copy of the score report. In case the original score report is lost, a copy of the citizen card/passport/ birth certificate should be submitted instead.

- For the paper-based TOEIC test, candidates must submit a 3x4cm ID photo which resembles the one on the score report.

- For those who need a copy of score report for study abroad application, they must provide information regarding the school, the required scores, the application deadline (as indicated in an email from the school or the application handbook).

- For the TOEIC test, candidates must have a score of at least 200 or more to be eligible for this service.

4. Delivery:

IIG Vietnam will post the copy of the candidates’ score reports to the specified organizations/schools, not to the candidates. Each organization/school can receive one copy only. The following candidates are eligible to receive the copy of their score report directly from IIG Vietnam:

– Those applying for study abroad with a score requirement of 500 or higher

– Those taking TOEFL PRIMARY or TOEFL JUNIOR tests, with an unlimited number of copies.

5. Fee

– For the TOEIC, TOEIC SW, and TOEFL ITP tests, the fee is 125,000 VND per copy, comprised of a 100,000 VND copy fee and a 25,000 VND delivery fee.

– For the TOEFL PRIMARY and TOEFL JUNIOR tests, the fee is 100,000 VND per copy and a 25,000 VND delivery fee if requested by the candidates.

Candidates who request this service will receive a verification letter of the test result which is issued by IIG Vietnam and includes a conversion to the equivalent score level of the European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam.

1. Test(s): TOEIC, TOEIC SW, TOEFL ITP, TOEFL JUNIOR, TOEFL PRIMARY, and TOEFL iBT tests.
2. Request date: when registering for the test, or at least two working days before the test date, or after the score report is available.

– For the TOEFL iBT test, the request can only be made after the score report is available.

3. Instructions:

- Candidates must present the original citizen card/passport/certified copy of birth certificate which is used in the test registration and provide a copy of the score report. In case the original score report is lost, a copy of the citizen card/passport/ birth certificate should be submitted instead.

– For the paper-based TOEIC test, candidates must submit a 3x4cm ID photo which resembles the one on the score report.

– For TOEIC SW and TOEFL iBT tests, an additional copy of the original citizen card/passport which is used in the test registration must be provided.

– To be eligible to request this service, TOEIC and TOEFL ITP candidates must achieve a minimum score of 200 or 360 respectively.

4. Delivery:

– For the request made before the test date: Candidates will receive the verification letter and the score report on the same day.

– For the request made after the score report is available: Candidates will need to register for both verification letter and certified copy services at the same time as the verification letter is only valid when submitted with the score report. IIG Vietnam will post the verification letter and copy of the candidates’ score reports to the specified organizations/schools, not to the candidates. Each organization/school can receive one copy and one verification letter only.

– For the TOEFL iBT candidates can receive the verification letter directly from IIG Vietnam and there is no limit on the number of copies.

5. Fees:

– For the request made before the test date, the fee is 100,000 VND per copy.

– For the request made after the score report is available, the fee is 225,000 VND per copy, which includes 100,000 VND for the verification letter, 100,000 VND for the certified copy, and 25,000 VND for delivery fee.

- For TOEFL iBT test, the fee is 100,000 VND per copy, and 25,000 VND for delivery fee, upon request.

The test certificate has the same value as the score report. Only one certificate is issued for each test.

– For the TOEIC test: the service can be requested either when registering for the test, at least two working days before the test, or after the score report is available.

– For the TOEFL test, the request is only allowed after the score report is available.

3. Instructions

– Candidates must present the original citizen card/passport/certified copy of birth certificate which is used in the test registration and provide a copy of the score report. In case the original score report is lost, a copy of the citizen card/passport/ birth certificate should be submitted instead.

– To be eligible to request this service, TOEFL ITP candidates must achieve a minimum score of 460.

4. Fees:

– For the TOEIC and TOEFL ITP tests: 250,000 VND.

– Delivery fee of 25,000 VND (upon request).

After taking each Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) exam or each level of IC3 GS6 exam, or three modules of IC3/IC3 Spark GS5 exam and below, candidates will receive a hard copy certificate within 4-6 weeks. Certificates can only be reissued once.

2. Request date: Once the Candidate has obtained an online certificate on the Certiport system.
3. Instructions: Candidates must present the original citizen card/passport/certified copy of birth certificate which is used in the test registration and provide a printout of the online score report from Certiport system.
4. Fee:

– Reissuance of the certificate: 100,000 VND

– Delivery fee of 25,000 VND (upon request).

Once having the test result, a candidate who wants to have a remark can request a review by using the Remark Service.

2. Request date: The request can be made as soon as the score report is issued.

– For TOEIC: within 6 months from test date

– For TOEIC SW: within 3 months from test date

3. Instructions:

– Candidates must present original citizen card/passport/certified copy of birth certificate which is used in the test registration and provide a copy of the score report

- In case the test score is modified, candidate must provide IIG Vietnam with the old score report and a 3x4cm ID photo which resembles the one on the old score report (for the paper-based TOEIC test)

4. Fee:

The fee varies among tests. In case, the test score changes after enquiry on remark, candidate will receive a full refund of the fee.

This service provides a verification letter of the test result issued by IIG Vietnam. This verification letter is only used in response to requests from institutions (organizations/ corporates/ educational institutes), not applicable to candidates.

3. Instructions:

Institutions make request by sending a soft copy of the signed Letter of Enquiry on Result Verification with enclosed list of candidates via haukiem@iigvietnam.edu.vn; hard copy is to be sent to IIG Verification Department.

     4. Fee: free of charge

If candidate’ personal information (eg. full name, DOB, citizen card/ passport number) printed on the score report/certificate is incorrect, candidate can use Information Correction service. This service only applies to the incorrect number of citizen card, NOT for the case of changing from the old citizen card number to the new one (or vice versa).

ICT test candidates can register for password reset or account combination if they forget their password or want to combine their current multiple accounts into one.
